XTract-10

Extraction chromatography  is traditionally a time-consuming process, often requiring hours of manual labor. The Noki Xtract-10 Sequential Automated Radio-Chemical Extraction System automates extraction chromatography, providing walkaway freedom. Users can select the Extraction chromatography mode via software for automatic single and tandem chromatography separations.

Key Features

The XTRACT 10’s main advantage is its compact, modular design, allowing a 6 or 8 column system to be split into 2-column units for flexible lab placement. These units are controlled by a central system with multiple user interfaces

No manual control needed during the Extraction chromatography process.
Constructed with durable materials, including a stainless steel body and PTFE tubing and valves. The collection beaker tray is acid-resistant and removable for easy cleaning.

Flow rates are automatically selected and controlled from software based on user specifications.
Each XTRACT 10 unit can perform 2 single column separations in parallel or 1 tandem column separation in a single run.
The XTRACT 10 includes pre-defined Borosil Glass columns with the following specifications:
  • Code XGC101: ID 9mm, OD 12mm, Length 10cm, PTFE male connectors (ID 1/16 inch).
  • Code XGC102: ID 9mm, OD 12mm, Length 15cm, PTFE male connectors (ID 1/16 inch).
  • Code XGC103: ID 9mm, OD 12mm, Length 20cm, PTFE male connectors (ID 1/16 inch).
The user-friendly software provides complete control, including:
  • Pause and restart functionality.
  • Multi-screen viewing and control with varying permissions.
  • Three permission levels: Engineer, Administrator, User.
  • Real-time progress and estimated time of delivery (ETD) tracking.
  • Comprehensive logging of all run stages.
